A FORTUNE 500 company with annualized revenues exceeding $9 billion, Owens & Minor is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, where it was founded in 1882. Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions over many years, the company achieved national scale in the healthcare market. In 2012, Owens & Minor expanded into Europe with the acquisition of the Movianto Group, which gave us entry into the third party logistics services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries in the European market.  With the subsequent acquisitions of U.S.-based Medical Action Industries Inc. and ArcRoyal, a privately held Irish company, Owens & Minor expanded its capabilities to provide our customers with kitting services. We produce custom procedure trays and minor kits and trays, which enable providers to track and manage supplies and products used in the clinical setting.

As a purpose-driven company, we have established a reputation for providing superior customer service, where we always aim to exceed our customers’ expectations. We believe that if we take great care of our customers, they will take care of us. At the same time, we focus on supporting the well-being of our teammates and the communities we serve.

Traded on the New York Stock Exchange as OMI, we believe in delivering long-term value to our shareholders.
