Established in April 2003, OMU is the learning and professional development arm of the Human Resources team.
OMU provides all teammates with access to thousands of online courses, nearly 100 instructor-led courses, development tools and resources, and countless job aids and just-in-time materials. Over the years, O&M has focused on developing a learning culture, investing a great amount of time and resources to the development of its teammates.

To support our efforts in this area, OMU provides a comprehensive Teammate Development program. OMU’s Teammate Development program allows teammates to raise their skills, knowledge, and competencies to be top performers in their current positions as well as to develop and learn new skills, knowledge and competencies to be considered for promotion within the company.
