Our Culture 

It takes a team to make a superstar.  There is no one individual in any organization who can be successful without the support of others.  A group of people, however, does not make a team. A team of people agrees on a goal and commits to working together to achieve, and when possible exceed, that goal.

At Owens & Minor, we are all teammates, not employees. This is an important concept.  We share a common goal, which is our Mission, and we rely on each other’s collective talents to move us past the goal line.

Some of us may be coaches. Some may be on the front line. Some may be cheerleaders.  The better you can function as a team player, the closer you’ll get to great performance.  The ability to promote teamwork among your teammates is an aspect of great performance at Owens & Minor.
