Behavioral based interviewing is a standardized process that allows Owens & Minor to obtain detailed information on how a candidate behaved and/or performed in past situations and help determine if you possess the desired characteristics. After all, past performance is the best indicator of future performance! During your interview you may be asked questions that will focus on your behavior during previous work-related situations.
