The Paths to Success Program was created to help teammates develop and realize career opportunities within Owens & Minor.  Paths to Success describes the positions available and the experiences, certifications, qualities and skills required.  It is designed to illustrate the many career advancement opportunities available to teammates of all levels.  The Paths to Success Program increases opportunities for development, encourages workforce diversity, and helps individuals achieve their career goals!  For more information, ask your supervisor about this program.
