To Qualify
We define a woman-, minority- or veteran-owned business as having:
• 51% or greater ownership by one or more minority group members, women or veterans
• Management and control of daily business operations
• Experience or technical expertise directly related to the primary product or service of the business
Small businesses are defined by Small Business Administration (SBA) guidelines.

Organizational Validation
After we receive your information, we validate through the following organizations:
• Diversity Information Resources (DIR)
• National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
• Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
• Small Business Administration (SBA)
• Federal, State or local government agencies
• Third party certification
To Register
After you complete certification, your business is added to our database of certified suppliers. At this point, you’re registered as a member of our Supplier Diversity initiative.
