1. When shipments to O&M facilities do not qualify for prepaid freight and weigh 250 pounds or less, ship UPS Collect provided the packages fall within weight and size limits. For information about UPS Collect, contact O&M corporate transportation at (804) 723-7802.

2. When shipments to O&M facilities weigh more than 250 pounds, route the shipment with an O&M Preferred LTL Carrier. If the value of any package within a shipment exceeds $100, then you may request insurance fees to be added to the invoice. Drop shipments over 250 pounds must be shipped prepaid and add.

3. For interstate and intrastate shipments that weigh less than 16,000 pounds, use the carriers designated in the preferred shipper matrix provided in this routing guide.
