Replenishment and Reverse Logistics

Owens & Minor can manage the complicated and cumbersome process of replenishment and reverse logistics, a particularly desirable service to physician preference product manufacturers. We are able to pick up, process, inspect and restock/re-box products, and instruments and/or unused implants for our manufacturer partners. Our technical staff can discern product characteristics based upon prescribed criteria and perform pass/fail decisions on the manufacturer's behalf. Measurement equipment and visual inspections provide complete and thorough documentation of results for review.
