SurgiTrack: The Returns Process

One of the unique aspects of SurgiTrack is the easy returns process, where customers can get full credit for unused and unopened products that are in their SurgiTrack kit. In this video, Jessica Evans, Director, SurgiTrack Process & Integration, goes into detail about how each product is labeled with the hospital and procedure name to make returns as easy as possible. She also talks about how SurgiTrack uses the data from the returns to make a better kit, working with the hospital to eliminate frequently returned products, and thus lowering the cost of a SurgiTrack kit.
