Jeannine Tait is an executive vice president (EVP) and the chief human resources officer (CHRO) at Owens & Minor, where she leads the company’s global people strategy and drives transformative change that supports long-term enterprise growth.

Jeannine brings more than 30 years of cross-industry experience developing and executing high-impact people strategies for both public and private organizations. Most recently, Jeannine served as chief human resources and communications officer for McGraw Hill, where she led an initiative that successfully transformed the company’s human resources division. Prior to McGraw Hill, Jeannine served as vice president of total rewards & HR operations for Solenis, leading HR integrations and enabling substantial workforce growth.

Jeannine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Cabrini College in Radner, Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
