
Marc Rottink
Marc Rottink serves as an executive vice president (EVP) and the chief operating officer (COO) of Owens & Minor, where he is responsible for transforming the company’s global operations and driving end-to-end strategy across manufacturing, kitting, freight and logistics, planning, customer care, and distribution center operations.
Marc joined Owens & Minor in May 2026, bringing nearly three decades of experience in leading global, multi-site healthcare and high tech supply chain operations, including strategic transformation, oversight and management of global inventory assets and distribution operations, integrated business planning, systems implementation, and cross-functional operations alignment.
Most recently, Marc served as senior vice president of global supply chain and customer care for Smith + Nephew. Under his leadership, Smith + Nephew saw significant improvement in its manufacturing operations. Prior to Smith + Nephew, Marc served as vice president of global supply chain for Medtronic’s Restorative Therapies Group.
Marc holds a Bachelor in Human Resources and a Master in Supply Chain from the University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht, Netherlands.
