Michael (Mike) Lowry serves as an executive vice president (EVP) and the chief financial officer (CFO) of Owens & Minor, leading the company’s accounting, financial operations, financial planning and analysis, revenue management, tax, and treasury functions.

Mike is a longtime Owens & Minor teammate with deep institutional knowledge of all aspects of the company’s financial operations. Since joining the company in 1988, he has held progressively senior finance roles, serving as vice president & treasurer, senior vice president & controller, and senior vice president, corporate controller & chief accounting officer before assuming the role of CFO in January 2026. Throughout his tenure, Mike has led and helped the company navigate periods of growth, transformation, and evolving market complexity.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
