Teammate Resource Groups

All teammates have the opportunity to join our Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs). Each TRG provides space, resources, and support for underrepresented identity groups to develop goals that will help propel the teammate and the organization forward. Through ongoing events and outreach, each TRG provides unique opportunities to connect and foster community across the company. Any teammate is welcome to join any TRG as a member or an ally.

External Views Help Broaden our Perspectives

Diversity and Inclusion extends beyond our office, manufacturing, and distribution center walls. While we view attracting and retaining diverse talents as a key to our overall success, we also know that those talents need to view Owens & Minor as a place they can develop and grow their careers. That is why we seek additional viewpoints, thought leadership, and experiences through partnerships in our communities.

Military and Veteran Support

Owens & Minor is proud of our active-duty military and veteran teammates. We partner with multiple military and Veteran organizations to further support the service-members in our company and our communities.

HBCU Partnerships

We actively partner with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Our connection with the HBCU career centers and student bodies through networking events, career development workshops, alumni networking, and internship and career fairs helps ensure opportunities with O&M are visible to students and alumni.
