"One of my favorite things about this internship was the amount of knowledge and hands-on experience I was able to gain throughout the summer. This internship program is unique in the way that the work we are doing is genuinely beneficial to the company and due to this, I was able to assist in many projects that gave solutions to current business needs. This experience is not something I would have learned in the classroom and sets me up for success upon entering my professional career."
- Sophia Hoffman, Mississippi State University, Marketing Automation Intern
"I enjoyed how engaged my team was with my professional development. I was consistently greeted by passionate individuals who supported me through my internship to expand my working knowledge in the transportation field. My manager had daily check ins with me to strengthen my analysis skills and was readily available for any questions or concerns I had."
Juliani Lee, Virginia Commonwealth University, Supply Chain Intern
"What I enjoyed most was getting to connect with my team and work on a project that is beneficial to O&M. I like financial systems especially so getting to be the first person to set up this system, be the expert on it, and decide how it should be leveraged, was worthwhile and satisfying for me."
- Shelby Bryson, North Carolina State University, Finance Accounting Intern
"What I have enjoyed most about my internship with O&M has been getting to work with some of the most passionate and integrity-driven individuals that I have ever met in my career. Everyone treated me with respect even though I was new to the company and only here for a short time. They truly wanted to hear my thoughts and opinions on important matters, even if I am not as knowledgeable about certain processes as they are."
-Chloee Robison, Purdue University, Supply Chain Intern
